Sometimes its best to leave but other times I just stay and take it because at the end of the day its just a video game. If my team is doing really bad and not shooting down air support helping your teamates out then I would leave. However if I'm playing against really good team I stay and take the defeat also you might learn something by watching how they play as a team.

I only dashboard if I join late and my team is getting smacked, because I don't see the point of me taking an automatic loss, but I'll stay if I actually earned the loss.
