Sometimes its best to leave but other times I just stay and take it because at the end of the day its just a video game. If my team is doing really bad and not shooting down air support helping your teamates out then I would leave. However if I'm playing against really good team I stay and take the defeat also you might learn something by watching how they play as a team.

Only if i join late and there is no point in playing..

I only rage quit when it's necessary. Like if I lost about 5 games in a row.
