I strongly believe those 3 maps will be included in COD7. My reason for this is:

In W@W, in the level Der Riese, there were photographs of zombies in Paris. Now, if they do have zombies in COD7, they can continue the story line. You have to remember, zombies has nothing to do with the game itself, so it doesn't matter about the time period and stuff, it has it's own story line. So it only seems right to have the next map in Paris. Then Coast and Theatre could be DLC maps?

I really do believe that will be the case in COD7, but that's only if they have zombies in it (which they should)
