Possibility of xp lobbies ? Higher the number the more it multiplys the xp by ?

Is there anyway to bind buttons on the patch ? If so we would need to bind the xp scale to a button, For exapmle Bind DPAD_UP "scr_xpscale 2000" That would make it 10,000 xp a kill. We would also need to Bind DPAD_DOWN "fast_restart" to restart the game after pressing up on the dpad.
