I want to get in shape... NOT MEANING MUSCULAR (Just Yet) I just mean skinny. Yes I do have alot of muscle in my arms and neck, but my stomach is fat... I need advice,tips,workouts. To lose some of the fat. Again I really dont want to lose weight, thats not a problem, its just the fat I want rid of... Any tips?

Personally, all I drink is water, but I believe 8 is the recommended amount so that will be good. I get up and grab some cereal to eat and head out to jog on my route not sure on the distance but usually takes a hour to finish and I do that before I go to bed as well. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I go lifting with friends. The other days I just go with the flow, usually play football or some other type of physical activity.

you need a good work out plan with plenty of protein, just work outs to keep your heart rate up. you could either go to the gym and lift weights, such as: bench press, squats, deadlifts, push press, etc... to build muscle and to get the heart rate going. or you could use a treadmill, do box jumps, run up and down stairs, when it gets warm out- put a sweat shirt on and sweatpants and run a few times around the block

basic things for a period of time will definitely get you results

My plan:

Monday: 2 Hours at the gym (About 1.5 of lifting + half an hour of mild cardio.)
Tuesday: 2 Hours at the gym (About 1.5 of lifting + half an hour of high intensity cardio.)
Wednesday: An hour of light swimming.
Thursday: 2 Hours at the gym (About 1.5 of lifting + half an hour of mild cardio.)
Friday: Half an hour of swimming and the rest of the day resting.
Saturday: 2 Hours at the gym (About 1.5 of lifting + half an hour of low/mild cardio.)
Sunday: Absolutely nothing.

Also, as I weigh around 170lbs, my daily diet is:

Multivitamins of course.
1g/kg of protein so 170g for me, daily.
2.5g/kg of carbohydrate so 425g for me, daily.
My usual caloric intake is about 2500 in a day, with the occasional snack and take away.

The old principle applies PFP! Eat less and move more, but eat less of the wrong stuff and more of the right stuff.

Do 100-200 Crunches twice a Day and every week make it more and what you want is to do around 1000 crunches a day and you will have rock hard abs and a 6 pack in no time.

5 small meals a day to avoid any binging
You already got exercise down
Drink mainly water (cuts out thousands of calories a week)

Dont listen to that WIi Fit shit, even if it was for teh lolz

If you want to get in shape, RUN!!!!! If you run for three miles a day, six days a week you will see results by a month. I did cross country this year to get my three mile time to under eighteen minutes for the Marine Corps physical fitness test, and I saw people go out for cross country that were somewhat overweight before and they got much slimmer after.

Running is the #1 most important thing to do to loose weight and get fit. Then comes diet. Dont go on Jenny Craig, but eat anything you want but fast food. Fast food has so much calories you wont believe.

If you want a higher metabolism, eat a lot and workout a lot. Do not eat a lot, then decide to not run/workout, you will stay the same, or get worse.

Oh, and dont be one of those people that runs on ellipticals. Go out in the fresh air, and run!! You will enjoy seeing sights or things you would have never have experienced running on an elliptical, and is a hellava lot less boring imo

That could be a problem. In my part of California, we get no snow :(

I suggest finding an indoor track at your local school and running on that.

If you cannot find an indoor track, get some snow shoes, and hike. I went hunting up north for the winter and walking miles in snowshoes burns calories like no other. Just make sure you dont get lost :p

whats Metabolism? i do that every few days/weeks to get seemen out
but srrsly u need to just hang with friends like walk around roll around be active like that small stuff
