I want to get in shape... NOT MEANING MUSCULAR (Just Yet) I just mean skinny. Yes I do have alot of muscle in my arms and neck, but my stomach is fat... I need advice,tips,workouts. To lose some of the fat. Again I really dont want to lose weight, thats not a problem, its just the fat I want rid of... Any tips?

Here's what you do.

First of all, try a slimmer belt << these things work great.
Second, work on your abs EVERYDAY. Your abs are the "laziest" muscles in your body, so you have to train them hard.
Don't eat food full of LDL (bad) cholesterol (cheese, cakes, etc.) These things love to hang on your belly.
And obviously do lots of running, treadmills, bikes, etc.

It can be, go to GMC or a local vitamin store and they can tell you want to need. I use Vitamin C, D, Fishoil, and tons of other stuff. Something when i go play paintball i will take power vitamins (the kind you mix with a drink. I use power aid.) to build muscle, which will help loose fat.

The best way to lose weight is to run. You'll burn loads calories if you do it enough. When I was going through the Army recruitment process they tell you to put a bin bag on as like an extra shirt under your top. This is make you sweat and absolute ton and you'll lose loads of weight. Also after your work out don't drink lots straight away, just swill your mouth out and take a few sips. It'll stop your body taking all of the water in when it doesn't need too.

All right Pray heres my advice

Do not use any rip off *GET SLIM FAST* peripharels especially a belt that promises to slim you down when you sit on the couch.

You do not need any special diet or to starve yourself, starving yourself will make you fatter actually. When you don' eat enough your body thinks it's starving so it holds on to excess fat for the energy, thus making your body absorb every bit of fat you eat.

Don't use slim down pills either, they suck.

So I've listed what you shouldn't do, now for the "do"s

Like I said you don't need to "diet" because a diet means that for a certain amount of time you will eat healthy and the after you reach your goal go back to your old ways. What you need to do is change your lifestyle. I suggest you read the back of everything you eat to see how many calories it has, it like you would normally and record the calorie intake after every meal. Then get the total calories you gained that day.

I assume you don't do any extremely demanding sports such as basketball or football or track which you lose almost half of the calories you gained during the day in a single game. So for you over 2500 is too much.

Key to losing weight: Burn more calories than you eat

So drop the thai shit and take up something like track, basketball, football etc.

Find a gym near you and go there every other day to workout. Do mainly cardio since you are looking to lose weight. But you should also add in some weight training to turn some of that fat into muscle while losing weight.

Jump roping is also a very simple yet one of the greatest cardio workouts you can get.

Here's what I do,
Watch people on tv and think to myself man I should do that, then I get up, go to the fridge, get a bud light (you know keeping carbs to a min) and turn on the PS3. Once the PS3 is turned on I sit in the most confortable chair and run my ass off on MW2 (while eating Cheetos) LMAO shit, sorry you want to lose weight.
Now being serious. I am in the process of losing my fat, what I did was started playing hockey again, once I seen how out of shape I was I started running and stair climbing. I also use Alli, it help seperate the bad fat intake (NOTE: when you first start using it, you will have the hershy squirts, so be close the the shitter)

That could be a problem. In my part of California, we get no snow :(

I suggest finding an indoor track at your local school and running on that.

If you cannot find an indoor track, get some snow shoes, and hike. I went hunting up north for the winter and walking miles in snowshoes burns calories like no other. Just make sure you dont get lost :p


i still say wii fit is the best to get in shape.

I have a flat stomach and abs.
I don't work out alot, I have football training twice a week (Monday and Thursday) in which we will.. Do 50 Situps, 50 Push Ups, 5 Minutes of the plank, and Jumping Jacks.

The 50s are broken up into 20, 10, 10.
Then we will run around a medium sized pitch for about 20 minutes, overlapping each other when given the shout to. Then we will have a football match for 30 mins.

This can be tiring, but I'm fit, slim and muscular(kindaxD)

or..

play wii fit.
