Alright. To start things off. I have horrible Metabolism, that doesnt help.
I want to get in shape... NOT MEANING MUSCULAR (Just Yet) I just mean skinny. Yes I do have alot of muscle in my arms and neck, but my stomach is fat... I need advice,tips,workouts. To lose some of the fat. Again I really dont want to lose weight, thats not a problem, its just the fat I want rid of... Any tips?
sorry gobble but if your trying to lose weight and size... you dont want to be using protein....protein is in it self a fatty substance... its only purpose in weightlifting is to provide something to burn for energy (fat)... protein has its good side though as it helps create larger stronger muscles but you have to really know how to Isolate muscles to maximize its muscle gain.
Creatine is the same way but doesn't have the side effects of making you bigger
I do have protein shakes, my doctor reccomended it, as it repairs muscle quicker... I dont mind having to work that off aswell aslong as Im getting muscles with it. And lmfao nice edit gobble.
Commitment is really what you need, there are tons of methods to getting fit the hard part is doing them.
You really want to be firstly watching what you eat, try to cut down on fatty foods like crisps and start eating a healthier diet. Things like jogging round your local area twice a week aswell can help, aswell as maybe 10 situps in the morning and 10 at night. It doesn't sound like a lot but if you keep it up it really helps. I would also suggest getting into a sport as it makes excersising much less boring. Good luck losing that beer belly anyway ;P.

Alright tonight I did = 300 Squat Jumps, and Pushups to failure, aswell as nonstop jogging on the spot for 10 mins, aswell as intense sparring. God damn I hate when my teacher has an upcoming fight.
