Take vitamins EVERY day, don't miss the times you take them. Soon you will begin to become more slim. Go to GMC the vitamin company and buy the small packets that have and assortment of vitamins.
Its GNC btw ... General Nutrition Company...
as for vitamins be carefull what vitamins you take.... some vitamins are heavy in chemicals that cause you to absorb more protein.... more protein is good and bad,
Good in the fact you need it to be a healthy average person
Bad in the fact that too much = fat
if your going to work out and your trying to burn fat and gain muscle (more muscle you have the faster you burn fat)
Muscle never goes away nor turns to fat... if you used to be swoll w/ muscles... you may get atrophy (loosening of muscles/ causing less defined shape) but you never lost that muscle you gained..just work out like you used to and youll get that back almost as fast as you lost it.
as for supplements
N.O. Xplode = Nitric Oxide + Creatine + other Proteins and Amino Acids
This helps as the N.O. allows your muscles to burn more fat in each work out session.... the Creatine allows for a stronger muscle gain (strengthens the bond that is formed after the muscle is torn from working out)
Synthesis = Made by same company as N.O. Xplode, = GREAT PostWorkout vitamins
^^^^^ THIS SHIT IS AWESOME FOR RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT....
i can do my average 5x20 workout and not feel a thing the next day... even on Thursdays ... (my isolation work out day (( Laddering Curls/Pyramid lifting))) ... this stuff gives you the stuff your muscle needs to recoup after a lift
a few hints... do not over work yourself...most people think .... yea ima just work till i cant feel my arms
thats actually doing more harm than good... it causes your muscles to not grow back properly... (incase you havent caught on.... Lifting Weights causes your muscles to slightly tear (causing soreness after), but when the tendons regrow, they grow stronger and thicker))
muscles that dont grow back properly often have to be Isolated in a workout and be allowed a full weeks rest to grow back right...
so yea dont overwork.... never excede 1 1/2 hour weightlifting sessions and make sure to allow for a 6 hour break (at minimum) in between each session
try doing this:
1x20 (pull ups) (if you cant do unassisted, get someone to assist)
3x20 Benchpress
3x20 Standing Arm Curl
3x20 Crunches
3x20 Tricep Dips
3x20 Ab Raises/ Knee Lifts
3x20 Overhead press
3x20 Lat-Pull Downs
MAKE SURE THAT YOU START WITH LOWER WEIGHT... in these kinds of workouts... you may think... yea i can bench 250 easy....well do 3x20 of 250... see where you are left after, exactly so dont use alot of weight... i currently max out at 355 on bench and i can barely do 3x20 of 135 and then go on and do the rest of my workout...
so again... just take it easy on your body if your just looking to shape up
