I want to get in shape... NOT MEANING MUSCULAR (Just Yet) I just mean skinny. Yes I do have alot of muscle in my arms and neck, but my stomach is fat... I need advice,tips,workouts. To lose some of the fat. Again I really dont want to lose weight, thats not a problem, its just the fat I want rid of... Any tips?

Do an extreme sport like skateboarding or something that's what i do and i have a 6 pack and absolutely never work out or do any sit ups or any of that bullshit

go on you tube and look at the 3 minute ab workouts you can do them in your room and they work Smile

I'm Back...
the best way to lose fat on the stomach is cycling or an excersize bike, i study sports science and biology at uni, also watching what your eating also helps

ps common miss-conseption is that sit-ups or crunchs help, they only tone muscle but you still have fat ontop of it, but cycling burns off the fat

Okay, heres my schedule atm:
Sunday (Possible Hockey Game)
Monday: Muay Thai for an Hour
Tuesday: Possible hockey game
Wednesday: Muay Thai for an hour and a Half
Thursday: Possible hockey practice
Friday: Boxing for 45 mins
Saturday: Nothing


Please give tips

Take vitamins EVERY day, don't miss the times you take them. Soon you will begin to become more slim. Go to GMC the vitamin company and buy the small packets that have and assortment of vitamins.
