You guys are sick and no better than the accual murderer if you want to kill them. Another human killing another is wrong nomatter what. We stoop to their level if we kill them. Its even worse as when we do it, its planned in long discussion.Thats worse than first degree murder. Most inmates in death row dont ever want to die. Alot dont have gulit and some do. I saw we need to emty the prision and put really threats in there NOT cocaine deallers or marajuana dealers which is a waste of money. Let the prisoner die naturally.

they also get minimum wage work in some cases and the meals cost on average £3.50-£5 (4$-8$)

that prison is a great idea.. but i think it wouldent work in places like america too many people think there "gansta" it would work in places where they have a deep respect for authority and are afraid to lose there "honour" like japan or peaceful countrys denmark sweeden ect

we know that america has shit prisons no offence to america but you are a stupid people most of your prisons dont meet human rights laws in 99% of cases (if he/she where smart enough) they could appeal to a court that it breaks this law the judge/courthouse CANT throw a human rights case out of court and when found to be inadaquite they would be realised from prison with no charge (at the very best 60% of cases with state benefits and a job) in 39% of cases if a human rights law has been broken they will need to serve the rest of their sentace in a family members house with state benefits and finnaly in 1% of cases they sue the goverment for hundreds of thousands even millions in some cases but need to serve the rest of there sentace in a different prison
america isent helped by the bad treatment of laws and how they apply them, for example te death penalty.. if you have the death penalty it doesent mean you will be exacuted if you have appeals left they cannot exacute you
and "lethal injection" breaches even americas human rights laws its a horrible drug that doesent guarentee death in the best outcome you will drift off to sleep with minimal pain but in the worst out comes it can take minutes hours or even days of extreme pain, no matter how much pain the persons in they CANT give another injection to finish you off
you may be thinking he/she deserves for what they did.. but its estimated 30% off all death penaly victims where inoccent world wide and 8% in america.. only 8% pfft?.. imagine a room filled with 100 of your family and friends your dad sister brother and best friend die almost instantly another 3 die slowly 10-20 mins in a great deal of pain and your mum takes hour and hours to die in some of the worst pain imaginable... now what do you think? they did nothing wrong but the goverment condemed them to death for no reson
the death penalty is accpetable in some cases war criminals ect but for average joe no its not acceptable
and there are far superior drugs that are a guarenteed kill instantly the electric chair is an abuse of human rights and humiliating for your family and friends (you piss and shit your pants be4 you die sometimes you bleed from the mouth eyes and genitals)
you cant be shot because there a law that condones them from wrecking your face incase you want an open coffin funeral and you cant be shot in the chest because its not a guarenteed kill

I agree to an extent tht it doesnt make us any better than them if we fry them but living out their natural life in prison with 3 free meals and rent free isnt exactly punishment, murders and especialy rappists deserve the worst possible punishment and thts not to sit in jail for the rest of their lives, the death penalty should be very legal.

I understand what your saying but the phrase " rotting away in a cell" for the most part is just not true you can get away with so much in prison just about everyone thts in prison short of rappist and child killers have a lot of freedom.
