It's only being done in the USA and some Asian countries.

I think they should put all criminals on death row, then pardon them at the last minute to give them a good scare.

actually the paper work is so expensive for the death pen that it costs more to kil somebody then to keep them in prison for 25 yrs, yeah its messed.

I believe if someone has gone on a killing spree and killed so many innocent people why does he deserve to live himself.

Im against it because if you commited murder you should have to rot in jail

true but why not let him rot in jail for the rest of his miserable life make him suffer with all the thoughts and felling he has from killing others just killing someone would be a hell on earth

I am against it due to that humans should never be killed by the same species. Lions dont kill each other so why should people

This is a hard topic to think about.... On one hand do you want someone who has just killed someone out on the streets to do it again, or do you want them just taken out all together?

Well there is a morale issue involved... If you are Christian then you are forbidden to take the life of another... If you are not well think about it.. Do you have a NATURAL right to take a life of another? No matter how bad the crime I feel the death penalty is bad... I would rather the Government take my tax money and keep them in a jail for the rest of there lives....
