(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Everything is so god damn expensive. Compare it to the US which is cheep as hell. Petrol prices, food, electronics etc. I was comparing phones and in the UK it's like twice the $$$

What's your thoughts on this

Frankly the US & the UK are a complete and utter joke. The governments/men in power always suck purely because the only people who get that far politically are power hungry and suck up to everyone who could give them a helping hand.

Both countries need a real reform.

In the US there needs to be term limitations. The house and senate get 1 four year term and the president gets 1 six year term.
They love to call themselves public servants, like it implies some sort of sacrifice.
1 term allows them to do what is right, not what will get them re-elected.
As far as real reform, what needs reform is the voter not the elected.
Learn the issues and platforms, get involved, write your elected officials, use the power of the voting booth.
If you don't vote, if you don't try to make change, then you shouldn't complain about the results.
It may seem futile, but not if everyone gets off their ass and tries.
I'm not saying you don't, just talking in general.

But(here in the UK at least) all the politicians are the same; they all just give false hope until they've won the election then go about doing things the way they always do. They're all the same.

This is why many have lost the will to bother voting, because as of right now, as it turns out it won't make a difference.

Here's to Loonyology!
For me, the difference between prices of phones in the UK or US does not constitute a country being shit, or me being sick of a country. I think you should have looked at a wider variety of things to compare than prices of moibles.

UK is cheaper on some things, and vice versa for the US. This just seems like a rant about a lack of money. If so, maybe look into a higher paid job?

I have a 35,000 a year job. I doubt there's many other jobs out there that'd I'd qualify for. 600GBP for a phone. There goes my week wages lol.

Christ, what phone are you buying!?
Phone prices are going up because they're becoming hand held computers. They do everything. My iPhone does some incredible things that i'd need to have 3 seperate devices to do 10 years ago
