(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Here's my ideas for some laws that would be fair.

1)All game must work without flaw ( excludes atual player forcing it e.g. Glitch hacks) this would mean no game freezes or disconnected

2)The product must be equal to all people who bought it. e.g PS3 version, Xbox 360 version ( excludes bonus content DLC)

3)If the product is faulty it must give all those compensation / refunds and recall the product till fixed ( excludes gamer caused error e.g. Hacks ect)

I think these ate fair laws, I mean image buying a car in the state of this game you would get a replacement ect ect but with video games it's just not got proper rules on it, i mean not one of you can say these rules are unfair at all. So what do you think?

Not really, it would be nice to have the first two laws put into practice but games aren't like cars, there's so much more variables and methods of testing that it's not possible. The more complex and bigger the game the more the flaws.

Nah they don't need it, just need to fix it up a bit.

There already a couple laws which do this in place :/

And cover all areas you stated. Sadly software just as complex as tax forms meaning it buggy. No matter how much you test it stuff gets pass.

I was actually thinking this to some extent.

There should be a disclaimer at least.

Especially when features are taken out for balance/exploit issues (ie, bipod when prone in WaW)

Most of the time, the games will work perfectly. It's only when the general public get hold if and start ****ing with things that these glitches occur. They companies can't do anything about the general public being ****s.
