(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Here's my ideas for some laws that would be fair.

1)All game must work without flaw ( excludes atual player forcing it e.g. Glitch hacks) this would mean no game freezes or disconnected

2)The product must be equal to all people who bought it. e.g PS3 version, Xbox 360 version ( excludes bonus content DLC)

3)If the product is faulty it must give all those compensation / refunds and recall the product till fixed ( excludes gamer caused error e.g. Hacks ect)

I think these ate fair laws, I mean image buying a car in the state of this game you would get a replacement ect ect but with video games it's just not got proper rules on it, i mean not one of you can say these rules are unfair at all. So what do you think?

But in some of the most frustrating cases, (for example Black Ops), the general public isn't to blame. PS3 version of Black Ops is worse than the 360 version. PS3 is better hardware-wise, so why is it that the 360 version of the game is better? Because it is more difficult to program games on the PS3. If a law were to be passed stating that multi-platform games must be equal in performance on each console, it would prevent issues like this.

However I believe that laws like this are unrealistic and would end up having companies produce far less games.

I say nay.

Who’s Jim Erased?
Year there should be laws, not fair that I have to play my 360 just to play Black Ops when I know that I'de rather be playing my PS3 but I can't because it freezes and there are many other flaws.

If you have laws like that, it's like saying there is no point trying to build a better console than your competitor as we'll just make the games the same...

thats what i am talking about. if the makers of the game what to give a certain a console a exclusive content that just means that console is better or made more sales than the other

I hate to piss on your chips, but we want them to be competing to make a better console. The games will come either way. If they're working against each other for sales they're going to try harder to build the best machines possible with the technology available. This way, we get the best machines possible which allows better games to be created.
