But in some of the most frustrating cases, (for example Black Ops), the general public isn't to blame. PS3 version of Black Ops is worse than the 360 version. PS3 is better hardware-wise, so why is it that the 360 version of the game is better? Because it is more difficult to program games on the PS3. If a law were to be passed stating that multi-platform games must be equal in performance on each console, it would prevent issues like this.
However I believe that laws like this are unrealistic and would end up having companies produce far less games.
I say nay.
