(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Here's my ideas for some laws that would be fair.

1)All game must work without flaw ( excludes atual player forcing it e.g. Glitch hacks) this would mean no game freezes or disconnected

2)The product must be equal to all people who bought it. e.g PS3 version, Xbox 360 version ( excludes bonus content DLC)

3)If the product is faulty it must give all those compensation / refunds and recall the product till fixed ( excludes gamer caused error e.g. Hacks ect)

I think these ate fair laws, I mean image buying a car in the state of this game you would get a replacement ect ect but with video games it's just not got proper rules on it, i mean not one of you can say these rules are unfair at all. So what do you think?

If they're working against each other for sales they're going to try harder to build the best machines possible with the technology available. This way, we get the best machines possible which allows better games to be created.

ps3 came out in front when the ps3 slim came out before xbox slim and all they added a on 360 was basically a mere copy by adding wifi and instead of chrome shiny black case

Sorry to say this but those laws are one of the stupidest thing I've heard today. Nothing can be flawless with technology. It would cost a shot loads to recall over a game freezing and would cost them more to compensate every single person who bought it. Not to mention it would probably be almost impossible to do that anyway.

Noticeably lower framerate, more lag, more networking issues, (not to mention the fact that Activision is a group of sellouts who screwed over PS3 in terms of receiving DLC).

1. Would never work. Every game will have flaws - there's nothing you can do about it.

2. That's just stupid.

3. This is the only one that makes sense, but most products have warranties anyway.
