Why So Serious?
Help Me Get My Nxt StaR*
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So yeah .. started gym , I'm 13 5ft2,I've heard if you start weight lifting it can stunt your growth? like I'm on about dumbbells and that , so can it ?!

go lift for atleast 1 or 2 hours a day at leist then drink a protein shake after

alright ,so you take it after not before ? or twice a day ? , also what about ermm creatine ?

IT WILL! don't listen to him. My mate (he's 19 right now)
Stopped growing because he started lifting at young age (around 14 years old). And wth? At the gym they warn us young agers not to lift because it affects our growing process. Dont do it, just do the simple fitness things, but don't lift. I see many of those 'cool' big muscle guys at my school; they all stopepd growing, I past them all Happy

i wouldnt take creatine at that age, wait till your about 15 or 16 then id think creatine would be a good choice

other than that, especially at your age, only work out for about an hour 3 days a week, then once you start getting older, you can get more intense workouts for longer periods of time

and seriously im big
and im still growing

mainly start when you hit your big growth spert which is at age like 14 or 15
