Why So Serious?
Help Me Get My Nxt StaR*
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So yeah .. started gym , I'm 13 5ft2,I've heard if you start weight lifting it can stunt your growth? like I'm on about dumbbells and that , so can it ?!

Lift, but don't overdo it. Especially if you are kinda short.

Weightlifting at 14 years old is okay. It actually promotes bone density. Creatine is bad, unless you're a collegiate athlete that trains strenuously for 4-6 hours a day
