About a month ago I started learning it, got the hang of it in a week and I drive a Standard car now a lot of the time and I personally love it, however, I have the slight fear of stalling on a hill in a city with another car right on my ass. :S

Definitely stick, automatic is boring like everybody else said, driving standard for over 7 years, its fun, now if you wanna eat, text etc i prefer automatic, btw texting while driving in florida is illegal and if you're good stickshift driver you can also do everything that you could do with automatic, sometimes i smoke, drive and talk on the phone at the same time

Automatic. Easier to multi-task.

I can drive a stick but I think it is kind of a hassle.
It's fun to drive a stick sometimes, but I can imagine only driving one would get annoying.

why not buy a car w dual clutch most new ones have both

Myself I Like Auto Easier Don't Require You Changing Gears And Gives You A Free Hard But If Your Like An Adrenaline Junkie And Like Drifting etc Manual Is The Way :y:

I can drive standard, but don't for daily driving. Sure it's fun but morning traffic/afternoon traffic + standard gets old really fast.

In Norway we can't drive before we are eighteen. But when we are 16, we can practise drive. Im practise driving now, and getting ready for taken the license.

Yes, i drive Manual. Automatic is boring, and i like to have full controll of the car.
