(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The phrases, "I'm ____ away from my star" or "I'm so close to my next star," are used daily in the shoutbox. Basically, it's a way of asking for rep. It's obvious that when somebody says it, they are implying that others rep them. Soon after the said phrase is shouted, people follow through by saying, "link me." Anyways, I decided to screen snap some of these and made a little collection.

Those snaps accumulate less than 1% of the overall times it has been asked. That's not a real statistic, but I wouldn't doubt it. I'm sure you guys see this all the time in the shoutbox as well. I say we make a thread with a HUGE collection of these, so whenever you see a lonely soul saying how close they are to a star, snap it and post it here!

Well... When one person brings it up, everyone decides to make that the topic of the conversation and everyone posts this shit. IF you want to impress me, you will get screenies from this at many different times, not all from within the same 5 mins.

I didn't wanna snap their names, so I didn't get the times. These were all from different times, I'll add more in the future, with the time.
