(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The phrases, "I'm ____ away from my star" or "I'm so close to my next star," are used daily in the shoutbox. Basically, it's a way of asking for rep. It's obvious that when somebody says it, they are implying that others rep them. Soon after the said phrase is shouted, people follow through by saying, "link me." Anyways, I decided to screen snap some of these and made a little collection.

Those snaps accumulate less than 1% of the overall times it has been asked. That's not a real statistic, but I wouldn't doubt it. I'm sure you guys see this all the time in the shoutbox as well. I say we make a thread with a HUGE collection of these, so whenever you see a lonely soul saying how close they are to a star, snap it and post it here!

It's annoying when you see people contributing well and actually EARNING their rep and then you scroll past the shoutbox and see a member go up something like +500 in like 10 seconds without earning, just asking :\

This can get really annoying, just a bunch of newfags going in the SB souly for rep, or to make rep be the topic, but I suppose everyone who has a star has done it atleast once..
