Or if you are going to bed at 6am set an alarm for, say 12pm so you only get 6 hours sleep. You will be tired as hell all day and will sleep like a baby the next night.
I don't drink much caffeine products anyway so that isn't a worry for me.
Also I have tried that but I can't stay awake to save my life
