Climbing up the ladder
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Since It's the summer holiday over in the UK I took advantage of not having to wake up early and going to bed at late times and I have been since the start but its beginning to impact on my social life. My sleeping pattern has simply been completely fucked up and I'm now sleeping at stupid times like 6:00 AM and waking up at 5:00PM and missing almost a whole day. My parents are beginning to get annoyed because if they do wake me up I'm crabby and grumpy and I'm missing time out with friends. I'm now looking to get back into a normal sleeping pattern but I'm struggling to do so. If anyone has any good recommendations on getting to sleep or tiring myself out then please let me know Needa

i get the same prob every summer. i just get some redbull and drink it slowly till i can stay up to a ok time to go to bed such as maybe 6pm or later and sleep 12 hours and wake up at 5am or later. but if u cant do that. then just go to bed say 30min earlier every night in a week or 2 it should be evened out, my 1st way is how i get it changed fast. but its hard and miserable.

Lol that sucks but yeah, the only way is to stay awake for about the whole day, then fall asleep at (whatever time) to (whatever time) and start making a habit of doing that.

I am currently stuck in that pattern as well but not as bad, I stay up until 3am and sleep until noon time. Usually the only way I have found to get back into my sleep pattern is either by pulling an all nighter and going to bed early at night the next day maybe around 8 or 9. Another option is to set and alarm to get you up so you will be tired earlier. Usually for me I let this naturally happen with like a family gathering or vacation. Something I am forced to get up with and have no choice.

One way to fix your sleep schedule is stay all day one day and go to sleep the next day at 9-10pm and set some alarms for early the next day thats how I tend to fix my fucked up sleeping.

I don't have any sleep issues other than I keep having really really weird dreams recently I've been executed 2 times in my dreams. Once I was walked towards a wall stood next to a military officer and shot in the back then left to die on the floor and I really felt like I was dying. Second time I was in an empty field where someone had a bottle of water that they used a syringe to inject a yellowish chemical into it they they held me down and forced the bottle into my mouth so that I bit into it and the started to drink the water after that I was face down in the mud and could only see the corners of my eyes begin to fill with blood as I chocked while I was face down in the muddy water.

Good times.

the best thing to do to solve problems of insomnia, is to have a correct time all night to lie, even if at first you don't want to sleep, you have to form the habit of going to bed at a certain time, for example, I usually go to bed there by 11:30 pm my time even though I'm not very tired but i go to bed anyway because my body needs to get used to, I've been suffering from insomnia lately but I'm also changing my schedule and having a fixed time for bed and is working for me. I put a song, and I lay there and relax to sleep. Sometimes if I have a hard time falling asleep, I take a glass of water or even a glass of warm milk. I know that in the summer is much more difficult to fall asleep, I also suffer in the summer trying to sleep, try taking a cold shower and go directly to your bed, put a song that you like, turn on the fan and problem solved: P

It's very simple actually. Just do an all niter and sleep at like 9pm or 10pm. Works for me every time :y:
