Climbing up the ladder
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Since It's the summer holiday over in the UK I took advantage of not having to wake up early and going to bed at late times and I have been since the start but its beginning to impact on my social life. My sleeping pattern has simply been completely fucked up and I'm now sleeping at stupid times like 6:00 AM and waking up at 5:00PM and missing almost a whole day. My parents are beginning to get annoyed because if they do wake me up I'm crabby and grumpy and I'm missing time out with friends. I'm now looking to get back into a normal sleeping pattern but I'm struggling to do so. If anyone has any good recommendations on getting to sleep or tiring myself out then please let me know Needa

Yeah that kept happening to me, yesterday I was out with family all day so I had no chances to sleep which killed me but when I got home I still ended up falling asleep at 6pm but I woke up today at like 5am which is an improvement.

Sleeping problems...

Hey man i had the same problem as you, specially now that school was starting i wanted to get my sleeping pattern back to normal. Heres what you have to do, one night do not sleep at all, for the rest of the day you'll be very tired try to resist. When you reach certain time like 10 PM then go to sleep (you'll fall asleep quickly due to being so tired :p). Now you should wake up until a normal time :y:. Also amke sure you dont use any electronics 1 hour before going to sleep, and try reading something helps tired the brain =D. Good luck!

Nice, I'll try doing as much as I can so I don't fall asleep.

Don't eat or drink anything for 16 hours. You're body will realize it'll have to eat in the day time so it'll shut down at night.
