(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Since It's the summer holiday over in the UK I took advantage of not having to wake up early and going to bed at late times and I have been since the start but its beginning to impact on my social life. My sleeping pattern has simply been completely fucked up and I'm now sleeping at stupid times like 6:00 AM and waking up at 5:00PM and missing almost a whole day. My parents are beginning to get annoyed because if they do wake me up I'm crabby and grumpy and I'm missing time out with friends. I'm now looking to get back into a normal sleeping pattern but I'm struggling to do so. If anyone has any good recommendations on getting to sleep or tiring myself out then please let me know Needa

I jog for like 30 minutes before I go to bed. Fapping helps too, lmao.

Just stay up for a whole 24 hours the next day just go to your bed at reasonable time, like 11 (you will be super tired anyway). That should get you back into pattern, works for me everytime

Thanks to everyone who gave their advice, I successfully obtained 11 hours sleep, although I was too tired to stay awake and fell asleep at 6pm I woke up at 5:30am which I can live with.

Sucks huh? What I did was all nighter then stay awake all day and sleep like a baby at night.

I tried that but fell asleep in mid-day on the couch for 5 hours.
