Hey, i am planning to get an 8pack by the end of this year. I would love to have a big chest, as i already have large biceps and triceps. I will start gym next week & i really need a good diet plan which would be possible to continue when i get back to school in september.
Could anyone please help me out? Tell me what supplements i should buy, what kind of steroids would be safe for my age? I will grately appreciate if somebody could be kind enough and think of a diet plan and gym exercise plan for me :p I know i'm asking for too much, but i'm in a huge turmoil. It would be rather pernicious if i took some unsafe stuff at my age, that's why i even posted this topic; i know that there are some smart people on this webste.
The reason for such a hurry is because my girlfriend is coming to me in the new year and i really want to suprise her (she lives in Poland btw)
Check my profile picture if you need to know my size or something. Also, don't be shy to ask me for my height and weight.
I will simply say this, please stay away from steroids, I have personally only seen bad results from it. Now onto people saying you should take supplements such as vitamins, protein, and creatine, I'm going to have to ask you to hold off on recommending them because excess of these supplements have been scientifically proven to have detrimental effects such as urinary problems. Now I know this seems counter intuitive to all you "experts," but you and all those people at the gym including the trainers are NEVER educated on this subject and are actually slowly killing your insides with the crap you ingest. You already get your recommended dose of these supplements everyday, extra won't do much. So I'll just say, research what you put in your body because you may not like the results.
So for people who wants citations, here ya go: LALIBERTE, RICHARD. "What Doctors Tell Their Friends About Vitamins." 182.1090 (n.d.): 110-118. Web. 23 July 2013.
(If you want valid information, it's difficult to get it from the internet, you have to get it from peer-reviewed journal articles.)
Don't do Steroids, TRUST me! I now use creatine and it works like steroids except their legal and harmless.. I weigh 258 with a bmi of 23.3. 15.4 inch flex (arm) and 21 in flex (calf) I currently am 15 and a fullback for my football team. But just do some arm work and keep running. never stop. just keep running lol..
258pounds with 15.4in arms isint impressive, im 15 160 pounds with 15in arms..
I'm the exact same as you just i'm 16
but i know most of the stuff you do just you know it in more depth than me haha!
It'll come mate, as long as you put in a little effort yourself, plus my guess is you also are dedicated meaning
