Post: Muscle Growth Help For a 16 year old.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, i am planning to get an 8pack by the end of this year. I would love to have a big chest, as i already have large biceps and triceps. I will start gym next week & i really need a good diet plan which would be possible to continue when i get back to school in september.

Could anyone please help me out? Tell me what supplements i should buy, what kind of steroids would be safe for my age? I will grately appreciate if somebody could be kind enough and think of a diet plan and gym exercise plan for me :p I know i'm asking for too much, but i'm in a huge turmoil. It would be rather pernicious if i took some unsafe stuff at my age, that's why i even posted this topic; i know that there are some smart people on this webste.
The reason for such a hurry is because my girlfriend is coming to me in the new year and i really want to suprise her Happy (she lives in Poland btw)

Check my profile picture if you need to know my size or something. Also, don't be shy to ask me for my height and weight.

Yupp i couldn't agree more! In my school there is heaps of people who brag about how much they lift, but when we do p.e ( i do the "higher" course soon advanced higher :-p ) but they have no endurance what so ever or speed, they're big strong guys but like i focus on all area's which i guess you do too? not just arms and lifting? haha!

No brah I do full body, even trying neck, so that if I ever get into a fight I wont get knocked out as easily haha
Even though you keep getting bigger, it's important to stay athlethic too, as in condition, endurance etc (atleast to me Shhh )

edit; I did tear my skin at the biceps, but that's because I'm still in growth and I overgrew it because of dem GAINSSSSS
ps; im not english :wag:

Lucky you! i do Football and top tier for my age so its really tough, i got my foot broken last year which set me back a fair bit but its all fine now! Smile
But ontop of Football i do other sports too but still hit the Gym 5times a week! Happy
i would say you're lucky to not be injured but tbh i think you just make sure you do everything right? Eat right foods, proper warm up / cool down?

Yup I try. Also I try not go go to snapcity too Happy
Also, stretches before gym really seem to help! Elliot Hulse talks about this alot, and I saw Matt Ogus
do a video on them wich looked really good (inb4 G4P);

Yeah exactly! i was always taught to stretch + there is other benefits to it like i do mma so i need to be flexible haha!
You said for a six pack its 12% body fat?? I'm sitting at 13% and i have an " amazing " ( so I'm told ) one, whats up with that? Winky Winky not boasting just genuinely wondering haha!

Nah I said it's possible to have one at 12%, also everyone has different genetics, experience, etc.
If you take 2 persons with the exact same training expierence and routine, chances are one can have a sixpack at 12% and
the other one has to drop all the way to 8 to get a visible sixpack, thats genetics bro. Not saying you didnt do the work,
just in general Smile
