Gotcha, just set keepminduplicatepokemon to 2. That should solve your problems.

Ok cool thanks. So it will catch all other Pokemons keep them and transfer the rest ?

Yeah It will keep 2 pokemon of each type for you. Smile

Was running bot and something was cancelled I guess it couldn't log in. So I quit the bot and go on the app and it says failed to log in. Why is that?

Another thing I noticed its not keeping any Pokemon it crashes bro. How do I get it to do that? I have the same Pokemon. I want it to keep the pokemons I don't have to catch and after the 2 transfer them but it's not doing it

After it runs for 5 mins or so, It basically stops hitting pokestops and catching pokemon, I have 5 running at the same time and they all do this same thing, any idea why? Softban should pass eventually but it is not a softban.

You may have to upgrade your Pokemon GO game to the latest version. If that fails then there could be 2 reasons for that. The first reason is that you may be banned. The second reason could be that the servers are messing up, as that tends to happen a lot. All I can suggest is to try waiting a day or so.
