Infamously-known world wide for his hacking abilities, console hacker GeoHot released an unauthorized code last week which allowed hackers to use illegal content on the PS3, tricking the console into thinking the software has been authorized by Sony.
Sony commented on the hacks earlier today:

This will be funny, they ps3 will never be secure like it once was every again. They need to accept it and move on.

i myself hav used both ps jailbreak and this new method and even i want this patching now, its just a liability havin all these little kids crashin this site and all of them hostin CL's thinkin there the next juddy or unkn0wn or someone.

like i have said sony is trying to make the ps3 unhackable its not gonna happen everything is hackable the only way thare gonna stop the hacking it to put a program on the ps3 that encrypts the data overand over again as u play it or when it shuts off and turns on it encrypts it useing diffrent ones and even if some1 tryed to plug it in to thare pc windows mac or lunex can run that program to encrypted it so the hackers have a hard time hacking it and that program should be on a hidden part of the hard drive so its extreamly hard to find like it deletes its self and re download or makes it self back to thr orgnial state hell u can even put it on the ram and have it do it this may be the only way to stop them and if thay do some how do get in that same program deletes all the data even the data that has been deleted and saves on the missing gigabites of the hard drive and what i am talking about is like if u have a 120 gb hard drive and its only like 110 gb that 10 gb is stroage 4 deleted data this is only an idea to stop them
