An independent gaming pressure group has told IncGamers it is to report Activision to the Office of Fair Trading after the publisher failed to respond to an open letter regarding the buggy ‘unfinished’ versions of Black Ops on PC and PS3.
Gamers’ Voice sent a letter to Activision back on December 22, saying that they have been ‘inundated with complaints from people who have bought copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops. They all concern the PlayStation 3 console and PC versions of the game.’
In the letter they asked Activision to 'recompense' people who bought Black Ops for PC or PS3. They gave Activision one month to respond, but they never did.

IncGamers was motivated to do this by Trading Standards telling them players should get a refund.

If we can get a refund i will do that then buy a pre owned coppy for like 20quid less

i would definitely sell my copy back for 60$ then buy some other new game, that was FINISHED...treyarch sending the game out to make a game deadline without unfinished code, then adding a patch to cover it up..is BS. this is why cod always fails, very year they pump out a game, every year, the game has many issues. oh well. it is what it is.

Why cant PS3 just get the same fair share of stuff, i mean seriously. Anyone find this crap rediculous nowadays? Its like we PS3 users are sitting here with the crappy seconds of a game while Xbox just points and laughs at us people. :/

yeah, whats so unfinished about it? i know it has its up's n down's with the host migration but thats all i can think of.
