An independent gaming pressure group has told IncGamers it is to report Activision to the Office of Fair Trading after the publisher failed to respond to an open letter regarding the buggy ‘unfinished’ versions of Black Ops on PC and PS3.
Gamers’ Voice sent a letter to Activision back on December 22, saying that they have been ‘inundated with complaints from people who have bought copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops. They all concern the PlayStation 3 console and PC versions of the game.’
In the letter they asked Activision to 'recompense' people who bought Black Ops for PC or PS3. They gave Activision one month to respond, but they never did.

IncGamers was motivated to do this by Trading Standards telling them players should get a refund.

They spent all that time ranting & raving about Oh it will be the best COD yet i mean come on they had over a year 2 fix everything but didnt now everytime i get on BO IT LAGS MY F**KN PS3 so instead of fixing the problem they start banning the entire NGU community & wasting prescious time Now there finally getting sued [Long overdue much]?
