An independent gaming pressure group has told IncGamers it is to report Activision to the Office of Fair Trading after the publisher failed to respond to an open letter regarding the buggy ‘unfinished’ versions of Black Ops on PC and PS3.
Gamers’ Voice sent a letter to Activision back on December 22, saying that they have been ‘inundated with complaints from people who have bought copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops. They all concern the PlayStation 3 console and PC versions of the game.’
In the letter they asked Activision to 'recompense' people who bought Black Ops for PC or PS3. They gave Activision one month to respond, but they never did.

IncGamers was motivated to do this by Trading Standards telling them players should get a refund.

If it was unfinished I would definitely send back the game at get my $60. I live in a mainly Jewish community, so I have acquired some of their values. Now all I do is wear yamakas, pick up change, and try to save money.

This will go nowhere, whether you lot like it or not paying for XBL has effectively f*cked you PS3 guys over. Can't figure out how?
Customer pays for XBL ->
Microsoft keeps some money for profit, but re-invests most of it ->
Microsoft pay Activision to silently sabotage other versions of the game ->
As a result well off players buy a 360 and a 360 copy of Black Ops ->
Microsoft & Activision win, Sony & PS3 gamers are f*cked.
