I'd have to go with San Andreas because it had my favorite protagonist, it had my favorite weapons, it had my favorite vehicles, CUSTOMIZATION, i liked the story, you felt accomplished at the end, fun side quests, and of course NOSTALGIA.

San Andreas hands down.

mines san andreas because you can do so much stuff on it more than any other gta

I'd have to go with San Andreas.....No matter what anyone say's....San Andreas had everything a GTA needed.

Now, if all the rumors GTA 5 are true, then I think there will be a new favorite GTA. Imo. :carling:

Can't really include the lost and dammed and the ballad of gay tony because i have started both of them (like 20% complate both of em) but i have not finished. So i cannot give a valid judgement on those. BJ:

GTA San Andreas

People say San Andreas, and don't get me wrong, to them it probably is, but to me, it was too boring, there were some aspects that were good though, like riding a bike, going to the gym, but didn't enjoy the story, found Vice City was the best one for me, if that was remade, I'd definitely get it!
