We need some help to get the files needed to build the hotfix into an pkg so us offline guys can have some fun with the X-Mas Hotfix car.


If you want to help post up. I will be finding out how to get the files needed. I believe its consist of basically the changed files after the update but I will post more details as I get them.

We need somebody with the hotfix installed that has the LM55 working & knows how to ftp files on and off the PS3 (very easy with filezilla) we can assist if you need any. If you can run GT6HE you can run Filezilla.

Post up if you want to help & q-k will let us know what files to grab

Mazda LM55 Vision Gran Turismo Unlocked

Thanks to the efforts of q-k, FarSideX & PinkPanther1020 the Project is Complete and successful. It was truly a team effort and great to see q-k and FarSideX team up, Im sure anytime they do great things are sure to come of it.

FarSideX has built these 2 Region Specific Packages and if anybody needs a different region just post up and it will be looked at region by region as they are required.



This is also good news in that a similar solution may be used in future similar situations.

There is even more icing on the cake as the car was also tweaked to cost only 1Cr

Okay as far as i understand q-k has everything figured out, but we need FarSideX with the needed files to put it all into a pkg as its got complicated file structures and stuff that if not done right can most likely fubar the game data.


FarSideX if that offer still on the table it would be appreciated. Im eager to drive this car (obviously lol) & Im trying not to be a pain in the ass lol

Yes I sent the files to q-k to test and will build pkgs after that. What region do you use? A pkg is region dependant, just wondering which to build first.

NGY stopped working for a few min, my jaw dropped. First its a Hotfix, then PSN is down and now NGU?

Almost like secrete forces keeping me out of the Zoom Zoom

Ok, test was positive. I was able to drive the Mazda on my CFW without downloading the Hotfix there.

File list has been adjusted/finalized and another surprise may come with the PKG

Great work all, would it be possible to rip the Ferrari F2007 and F10 data from GT5 and compile a GT6 package?

I'd get giddy if the surprise is the missing Ferrari F1 cars from GT5. It must be possible? The premium and standard F2007 cars are still in the GT6 car list, as is the F10, so it'll just be a matter of putting the premium data in the right places like the Mazda LM55?

Somebody please make it happen.
