I'm currently on Rebug 4.78 DEX.

I've tried a number of downgraders, even the ones on the Rebug website.

Can someone please help me?

i didnt read all the convo, so he changed his mac address already and he is still banned ?

Yeah as you saw after i suggested he use SEN Enabler to which he replied he did and is still getting banned i told him maybe it was his CID seller reselling the same CIDs so maybe that's why but he said it's not his CIDs so i kind of ran out of ideas as to why he's getting banned then so Christian suggested maybe trying a new HDD as everything else hasn't worked yet so that's all i can think of doing at this point

I seriously doubt this, but before going to try another HDD you could give this a shot. Try a CEX CFW, reason I say that is because there's been many times people come to me with corrupted systems and flashes. The lv2 will say one thing while their system is another, now I doubt this is the case but you could try it.

Also, did you have a spoofer installed before trying to change CFWs?

Just try a REX version of your current CFW as a starter. And did you have a spoofer?

Where would I check to see the spoofer?

Just name all the apps you got.
