I'm currently on Rebug 4.78 DEX.
I've tried a number of downgraders, even the ones on the Rebug website.
Can someone please help me?

No, I changed MAC manually by downgrading & changed CID through ccapi.

I doubt it but could it be that CID is banned from GTA too lol? Try another CID with another account.

I've already tried both of my CIDs on 5 accounts, 10 in total
