(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); After a lot of work, I finally managed to change the GameID of PSJailbreak's BackUp Manager to one of a real game. (See Below!)

Original Manager.PKG GameISad Awesome LAUN12345 >>> Not real ID
My Manager.PKG GameISad Awesome BLES00232 >>> Sega Superstars Tennis

I didn't modify the EBOOT.BIN, but did modify PARAM.SFO and ICON0.PNG.

I will release a tutorial soon to explain how I did it. Please Note: I am also the same Xcellerator on PS3 News, so this post will also appear there...

Is Sony able to detect a jailbroken system and do they know that a back up manager is on your system?

This article kinda scared me so I want to know if it is true or not

3.42 does indeed patch the jailbreak exploit, just set your DNS settings to what is displayed on my site.
My BackUp Managers are bugged only in the sense that they don't backup correctly to internal HDD. I am fixing them, I just have to fix each of them individually.. I am nearly done and will upload soon. (within 2 days!)

I have now update the files and added a new one (Section Cool Man (aka Tustin) which is a PSN Downloadable Game, which was requested by some people...
At the bottom I also made a stealthed version of the PS3 FTP server, if anyone cares for it...

One question, when downloading games, where do we put em on external HDD? Its in Fat32 so PC won't recognize it correct? So...??? Or do we download from PS3 browser?

I tried backing up the game Transformers war for cybertron with the new backup manager and it finishes backing up, but when I try to load it it shows only the game that is in the drive
