Post: PS3 downgrade might soon be possible!
11-02-2010, 01:27 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well I know how to dump the nand. AND all I have to do now is find the NAND in the ps3. I'll open up my ps3 and find it soon. If and when I find it, I can erase all contents on it by setting a large voltage of the opposite polarity. Bassically it pulls the electrons off the FG through quantum tunneling. Once we do this, we SHOULD be able to downgrade. And i'll have to have a new HDD, or reformat my current one, as %60 of the firmware is stored on the HDD. And if I have to, i'll install a new flash reader.. >.> ALSO: Don't ask me questions about what I just said if I confuse you.. It's REALLY hard to explain. If I manage to find something usefull, i'll post it.

so ur going to inject the charge to a conductor using a small layer of electric insulator?

I might just damage it enough for the NAND to corrupt it self. Then I can reformat it to my likeing. Smile OR the method I had said.

So let's see here, last night you posted a fake PUP signer.

Tonight you post this garbage.

Let's take a look and disassemble your "idea"

You know how to dump the nand, but don't know how to determine or find it? How are you dumping it? Even then so what good is it to you? You will have destroyed any and all data on the NAND, what then? Will it even start up? Because you do realize (at least from my personal experience in the xbox world) what is stored on there is everything. INCLUDING how it operates when you push the power button. So now with nothing on it my guess is that it won't do anything and you will have a dead console.

You are going to send large voltage into a small micro controller. Well now that is a GREAT idea. Just burn it up with one large voltage pop. You do realize that even a small amount of static electricity is enough to fry sensitive electrical components?

So you take a smart sounding term, throw it into a post and expect people to believe you? It has very little to do with what you want it's not even funny.
