I never heard those beeps come from any PS3s before that scared the hell out of me!!!

But it worked fine for me and I'm now on his CFW

The people who expected this to be the ultimate cfw with back manager support and iso support are dumb he specifically said that it wasn't going to support it and that he doesn't support piracy. For the future reference he also said he is locking this firmware down so no one can modify it to do so. If your hoping for back up manager,lv2 patched homebrew find another source

It has to be on ofw. Then put iron recovery mode then system update. Make a folder on usb called Ps3 then UPDATE then the file

if your on cfw (custom firmware) you need to downlado ofm (original firmware) once thats done click on teh word jailbreak here You must login or register to view this content. and do what you did to get cfw. it should be the exact same thing as before but now the the test.pkg from You must login or register to view this content. (click on "here" to download) adn go to downlaod pkg files and you should be able to downlaod it.

no thats right and the jailbreak pup installs fine but if you look the guy a few pages back went from OFW to geoFW and heard those beeps... I WENT FROM KAK 3.55 cfw version 1.2 strait to this one and heard those same beeps however test pkg has not been confirmed to work for ANYONE SO FAR but the PKG file does NOT LOAD it gives a error 80029564
