If you look in the description of his latest video, it says " UPDATE: first part released on geohot.com "
So i'm guessing he will be releasing the 2nd part soon?

2. Created a Subfolder in "PS3" Called "UPDATE"
3. Downloaded .zip file (You must login or register to view this content.)

5. Put USB In PS3 Slim
6. Went -> Settings -> System Update -> Update via Storage Media
7. Went threw installation notices
8. Got the beeps (about 9 of them) and it shutdown.

10. Working Perfectly.
11. Dragged test.pkg on to USB
12. Put back in PS3 and went to "Install package Files" and test.pkg was there and it worked.
Confirmed Working on PS3 Slim 3.55

OK so i went from: 3.55cfw kak1.2 to geohots jb failed to load test pkg... reinstalled 3.55 reg way no recovery mode needed went fine... re-installed geohots FW patch (cuz its not a whole cfw LOL) and now i can load the file with no problems at all
3.55>3.55cfw1-1.2 kak>3.55JB>3.55 original>3.55JB
crazy trip my ps3 has been on thus far since the cfw's hahahah but im happy to report the PNG LIB homebrew is up and running
its official folks you were here the day the ps3 was SOFTMODDED to run unsigned code KUDOS MR HOTZ! WELL DONE...AGAIN GO MUSCLE NERDS LOL PROUD GEEK 4EVA! lol
