Geohot has a good chance to defend himself.
He initially said on a written document with a signature that he would NOT do anything with piracy and he forbidded it. All he did was get homebrew. Fu** sony, there f**ked up for good now, and things are just gonna get worse. Too bad he didnt say howto sign files....

Seriously reading that bottle of pisssake was the MOST annoying thing I had to do, Sony you guys DOUBLE fuuu over times ten. Its STUPID, he said he was completely against piracy and yes I understand the whole signed code and copyright but still. I know its probly just how lawyers write stuff up but really I can just picture that guy from the PS3 commercials being at the trial and doing this.
They act like what he did was super wrong. How come tyranid never got in trouble when he did his duty with the PSP? What he did lead to piracy. Screw Sony.
