On topic, I don't see why Sony is saying he is provoking piracy if he removed the ability of the syscalls. I see them taking him to court for the metldr keys but not for piracy if he doesn't support it in his firmware.
That's where USA laws are F'd Up, Running roms can be considered Illegal/pirating. It's a bit dumb considering it but yeah they can be considered illgal
