I agree with the post above about re-training their security with this guy included, not sueing him.

Sony released a PS3 for fun. I don't think I've ever played a game of CoD on their system so much until I found out about GeoHot and challenge lobbies (not my own) etc. He didn't deserve this at all, he didn't want piracy so they shouldn't be doing anything about it, he wanted us to have fun..which was the main objective of Sony.
