Put USB in PS3 Turn off PS3, press and hold power button until the ps3 comes on and goes back off, press and hold power button again until PS3 beeps once followed by team more beeps in succession. Plug in controller with USB and press PS button, go to bottom and press X then press select and start at the same time when prompted. Install OFW.

Step 2 CFW Download Lv2 Pre-Patched CFW here (this should fix the problem people are having with Kmeaw freezing occasionally) You must login or register to view this content. replace the CFW with the OFW on the USB and do the same thing you did to install OFW

Step 3 BackUp Download You must login or register to view this content. and the newest MultiMan (released today) here You must login or register to view this content. put them in the root of your USB, don't put them in any folder, install the PKGs on PS3 go to MultiMan and back-up your game after back-up just pick the game you want to load

gaia manager is better, and you need fix permissions package and this will fix every freeze and black screen on any backup...

uh...??? your dumb tbh, even trying to patch lv2 on 256mb nand, your not even ment to use lv2 patcher on that model because it bricks it and causes freezes..... only 16mb nand. I havent had one freeze since i used fix permissions on this cfw.

Why does it matter if you do it over the top of your current kmeaw ? Im just curious to know the point in going back to oem first since it just installs over it any ways.

I downloaded the CFW and it is KaKaRoTo's CFW
I get an error trying to install the two .PKG files (multiMAN & lv2)
Is it meant to be kakaroto's or not?
