Create another folder called UPDATE within the PS3 folder. Put the .PUP file in the UPDATE folder

Put USB in PS3 Turn off PS3, press and hold power button until the ps3 comes on and goes back off, press and hold power button again until PS3 beeps once followed by team more beeps in succession. Plug in controller with USB and press PS button, go to bottom and press X then press select and start at the same time when prompted. Install OFW.

Step 2 CFW Download Lv2 Pre-Patched CFW here (this should fix the problem people are having with Kmeaw freezing occasionally) You must login or register to view this content. replace the CFW with the OFW on the USB and do the same thing you did to install OFW

Step 3 BackUp Download You must login or register to view this content. and the newest MultiMan (released today) here You must login or register to view this content. put them in the root of your USB, don't put them in any folder, install the PKGs on PS3 go to MultiMan and back-up your game after back-up just pick the game you want to load

i don't quite understand, i've only freezed once or twice and then when i used fix permissions its never happened since.

I tried to backup black ops with multi man on the kmeaw CFW but it didnt work does any1 know why?
i used multiman 1.12

Rogero Manger is the best backup manger imo.

After i install kmeaw what would happen if i installed geohot over the top of it ? and is it recommended or should i just stay on kmeaw :angel:

I don't think you can go back to geohot before going to OFW first because it wouldn't let you install Geohots over Kakarotos I say stay on Kmeaw I think it's the best out right now
