You don't understand how to change stuff in firmwares properly but want to imagine that you are a 1337 hacking bad ass that gets bitches left and right?
Modify license.txt and version.txt with notepad to say whatever you want and see that it comes up whilst updating.
License.txt is what comes up in the installation agreement about bullshit where you pay for the PS3 but don't get to use even 10% of it's abilities or they'll sue you.
Version.txt is what version it says you're updating to e.g. 3.56 or ub3r1337hax 9.99 since you've modified it.
If you want your firmware re packaged ask me and I might do it for you.

From What i understood kakorato said it was impossible to repack things only decrypt/Encrypt (Not trolling just saying) Plus you didn't rele do any work you just used a pup unpacker. Why not Use dePKG and unpack the core os file etc?
