Just load the "Restart Mission" Save
And After you make your color choice the trophy will pop.

for the 25 mission on insanity u need the player profil and in mass effect 3 the player profil is copy protected.

I know this is asking a lot, but unless someone can get a profile save copied with CFW, the other alternative i suppose would be a story save, with save points at the end of each mission lol.

would be a massive ask, but would surely be very much appreciated by everyone on this site.
