Just load the "Restart Mission" Save
And After you make your color choice the trophy will pop.

no need to reupload because you have to play insane anyways to get the "play all missions on insane" trophy. using this save only gives you the "finish the game on insane" trophy..

Even though I have this trophy it will help many people thank you, Insane trophy legitimate was difficult but not as much as ME2 but somewhat hard in parts, so great contribution.
