And After you make your color choice the trophy will pop.

Just to let everyone know i put the paramour trophy save on the xploder servers. I've also made a Mediafire link below
Just load up the auto save that starts you on the normady, go to the citadel and meet liara there and say you want to be more than friends.

Yes if your breezing through the game not really talking to your squad mates after missions you can miss it easily. I got this on my third playthru and I had to literally look up how to get it because the requires to get to this point is nothing more than tedious bull. Anyway Me2's relationship system was way easier so i suggest you use my save and get it out the way so you don't have to worry about it.
