If you are talking about the Ultimate Edition that resigns saves, then there is an option that allows to scan for automatic updates when you register it. Just uninstall it and re-install it and use the same information you used before with the same register key and email and password but choose *auto update* and click ok and it should work.

I've seen people with 2.00 something, while mine just says 1.0.18. HELP!?!?!? My product key is not working and I got a code from the Disc version

This save gives you all the trophies, but not instantly, just do small objectives like play 1 mission, call terry or clay, etc.
