I was able to find this save (props to the creator) for Hydrophobia. Some say they got 100% from it, others say they only have 40/42 medals. I'm in the crowd that has the 40/42. Does anyone else have a solution for this?

The other two pertain to getting the medals in the challenge room... which repeatedly kicks my ass. I'd done everything else already legit and those last two trophies were the only thing preventing me from 100%. When I saw a save for 100% I was excited but alas the save is not working for me. It seems to have worked for others, but not me.
